On the back of a massive weekend for the club, Scottish Cup Champions, a new player pathway and a new home - we are now looking for high-quality coaches to join our team.

At Eastside Rapids, everything is built around long-term development.

We are looking for coaches who:

* Are consistent in their standards and approach
* Take pride in developing player’s habits, behaviours and life skills
* Align with our philosophy and commit to it fully
* Hold themselves to the same standards that we expect from players

Playing and/or coaching experience is preferred, but mindset and standards come first.

This is an opportunity to be part of a structured, high-performance environment with a clear pathway from youth to senior football.
