I am genuinely so sad to read the news that Monty Roberts has today passed away.

Years ago I had the pleasure of training alongside him and it changed me life.

He was such an amazing soul. There was a calmness and kindness that you just do not find often.

But his understanding and love of horses was truly out of this world. His legacy will forever live on in those who trained in his methods and those who were fortunate to have met him.

Thank you Monty for everything you have done. Now rest in peace. 💙

*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*
This decision has not been easy but I know it is the right one.

I do not know what the future will hold so for now I will keep the page running. And remember your photographs are still safe and for the time being you will still be able to purchase products etc.

Thank you again everyone. It has been an amazing 16 years and I will always feel honoured to have been in a position to capture so many amazing memories, for so many different people.

The past 48hrs have been horrendous. And it is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to announce the passing of our giant baby, Wilson.

He was truly one of the most special dogs we have ever been blessed with and I cannot recall anyone who met him and did not fall in love with him.

From his first year of life, Wilson faced serious health issues. Yet he never stopped loving life and living it to the fullest.

He loved his human and non human family so much, and we loved him beyond words.

We cannot thank vet Henry (Wilson’s friend) vet Suzy and all the staff, including the receptionists, at for the years of kindness and dedication they gave him. Especially on that last day.

For those who share their lives with animals, they will understand how much of a profound effect they have on our lives and how powerful the bond is that we share.

But the price we pay for this, is the gut wrenching heartbreak of losing them. A pain impossible to describe.

We all feel so exhausted with grief and a sense of emptiness. But we know that Murph and Leo need us to be strong and help them come to terms with Wilson’s loss too.

Have faith in the process!
When I first started training, I was not very consistent and I was going through the motions. And My diet was okay but not great.
However since October I have been dedicated, training four days a week.
I focus on each activity, trying to adapt when things start to feel easier.
And my diet is much cleaner and more thought out, with a greater focus on nutritional value.
Whilst I still have a long way to go, I am so proud of the achievements I have made so far.

But I could not have done it without the push from my gorgeous daughter, and the support of .fitness

Matt’s belief in me, his direction, encouragement and support, has been amazing. So thank you so much Matt 🫶🏼.
For those living with chronic conditions, and or over 50 like me, never let anyone tell you that you cannot get fitter and stronger. It is never too late

You just need to find your own way and what works best for you and your body.

Last session of the week and, with the encouragement of my PT .fitness , I managed to hit some PBs 💪🏼🎖️

Cable crunches are my favourites and today I was able to crunch 65KG. I also did a personal best in the cable row but that was only because Matt tricked me 🤦🏽‍♀️😂.

Back home for a snack and a lovely dinner of sweet potato fries and salmon (both air fried) and veg.

Thanks for the work out Matt and for all the encouragement.

I may have many hidden conditions but I am determined to take control of my body and do everything I can help it.

Morning routines are like a full body workout out. Starting with this gorgeous, giant baby. He is not mine may I add, but instead belongs to our daughter, However whilst she is away at university, I become his adopted mum. ❤️ Roll on Spring and Summer. The mud makes everything so much harder.

Review session with my PT .fitness today to go over what I have been doing over the past few months and make my sessions a little more challenging.
And then had the pleasure of doing a whole workout session together. Whilst we did all the same exercises, Matt did his with a lot more weight 💪🏼🏋️‍♀️🙈😂
But came home to eat my favourite sweet potato jacket with tuna salad and some 85% dark chocolate as a treat. 😋
Thanks again Matt. Now need to soak my weary muscles, hydrate and rest. 💤💤
