When our whole world fit safely in our hands 🤍
Those first few weeks feel like a blur now… beautiful, exhausting, emotional and dreamlike all at once. I was recovering from an emergency C-section, unable to keep anything down, struggling with postpartum anxiety and running on fumes — but I knew I never wanted to forget how tiny she was, or how deeply loved she already felt.
I’ll forever be grateful to my incredibly talented best friend Amy for coming to us and capturing these moments so gently during such a vulnerable season ✨
That’s one of the reasons in-home newborn sessions mean so much more to me now. If you’re newly postpartum, overwhelmed, healing, or simply never want to forget these fleeting little details without the stress of leaving home… I’m here for you 🤍
(Ps. Writing this while my almost one-year-old wipes snot on my shoulder like it’s her full-time job 😂)
