A timeless day in black and white 🤍

When I’m editing wedding photos, there are always certain moments that carry a kind of emotion that feels perfectly suited for black & white. I feel like it brings a timeless vibe to those images, while adding depth and balance to the overall gallery!

This specific day was SO perfect from being the warmest day in March to so much joy and laughter from start to finish. I’m still feeling so happy to have had the opportunity to be part of this day and capture these special moments for such a wonderful couple 🥰

As 2025 comes to a close ✨

This year has been full of so many incredible experiences, and I’m so grateful to everyone who let me capture your most special moments 🤍

It’s been a year balancing both challenges and once in a lifetime opportunities, each one met with open arms and a willingness to grow. Growth isn’t always linear, but celebrating even the smallest of wins is one of the best parts of this journey.

From meeting new couples internationally to seeing returning couples for their engagement, each session keeps me feeling so passionate for what I do and keeps me motivated to see what’s next!

Looking forward to seeing what’s in store for 2026!

Sometimes, all you need is to lay in a field with your favourite person 🤍

This engagement session was so sweet with lots of laughs and special moments spent between these two! The drone was put up in the sky and I was so excited for them to experience their Twilight moment together ✨

The kind of session you never want to end… I will be thinking about this one for a long time 🤍

This spot is known for its foggy, ethereal charm, but every forecast leading up to this session promised bright, clear skies. I was still so excited rain or shine but then on the drive up, the fog decided to roll in and position itself like the best paid actor you could ask for 😭

Not long after we started the session, came a torrential downpour that only added more stunning emotion to the shoot. We explored a few different spots in the area and my GOODNESS, was it ever worth it!! By the end, everyone (including my camera) became a bit waterlogged but what a fun and memorable experience it was! I can’t wait to go back ✨

There’s something so special about the morning of a wedding. That quiet stillness before the excitement begins. Once the hair and makeup are done and the dress is finally on, there’s this beautiful pause where everything starts to feel real ✨

From the laughter and happy tears to the grand reveal with loved ones, these intimate moments with your closest friends and family are ones to remember forever!

So happy to also have had as an associate on this lovely day 📸

The golden hour engagement session of my dreams ✨😍

The entire week leading up to this session, the forecast called for rain. We had umbrellas and gear planned and were ready to embrace a moody, grey summer evening.

But instead, we were gifted the perfect evening with a mild temperature and the most breathtaking golden glow. It’s always funny how some things like that turn out perfectly! 💛

I’ve been loving this trend of sharing little glimpses from different wedding days all in one post. Putting this together felt like stepping back into each celebration. The laughter, the tears, the all of the moments in between.

I would also like to note that none of these events would be the same without the incredible vendors I’ve had the joy of working alongside over the years. Truly some of the most talented and kind people out there!

These two chose to celebrate their love in the simplest, most meaningful way. Just the two of them, surrounded by nature, focusing only on what truly matters: each other. No stress, no big plans, just an intimate day full of love and connection.

With the waves crashing nearby and the beauty of Vancouver Island all around, it really reminded me how lucky we are to have so much beauty and variety for moments exactly like these 🥰

After soaking in the beauty of the coast, you head inside to have a gorgeous meal and an evening filled with laughter, love, and the sweetest memories.

This was a day to remember at and such a special celebration to get to be part of! 🤍
