She has been a full time wedding, portrait and commercial photographer for over 8 years. Her philosophy is to be honest and passionate, put yourself out there, and believe in what you’re doing. This outlook has led her to amazing clients and publications such as Destination Weddings and Honeymoons, Real Weddings, Style me Pretty, Rangefinder and Photolife to name a few. Her work has garnered some
alcaim, winning 1st, 2nd and 4th place with WPPI online and print competitions, as well as awards with Fearless Photographers and BC wedding awards. In 2012, Rangefinder Magazine recognized Kelsey as the youngest of 30 international “Rising Stars” of wedding photography. In 2015, the Canada Photo Convention named her one of the top 30 under 30 in Canada. Weddingbells has named her in the top 15 most inspiring photographers of 2015. Kelsey was a speaker at the 2015 and 2017 Canada Photo conventions as well as a speaker in Photographer's Ignite at the world's largest photography conference in Vegas, WPPI. She has headlined conferences for the PPOC and teaches private workshops.
