I find the details in a specific scene to portray a unique perspective of the world around us. Growing up in North Labrador, Canada, gave me an appreciation and love for nature. Our world provides so much natural wonder to inspire us to appreciate everything we see.

Our local photography group had an assignment to recreate a famous painting or photograph. So much learning and what fun. (The 1st of each set is the painting/photo I selected to emulate and the 2nd of each is of me). I used different textures to create the 'painting' look. Thanks Spring Tripp-Reilly for this project.

Rob Van Der Vleuten and I also spent time in Scotland when we went to visit our son in England. The 'Hairy Coo' was the highlight of my trip as it was on my bucket list

I LOVE learning and today I learned how to make grids in Photo Shot to create this collage for our local Perry Photography Association project. The goal was to take photos of the sky for a 2 week period (journal) of the same area and time. Here are my photos.

What a photo session Spring Tripp-Reilly and I had last weekend sharing ideas and creating a 'viking' and 'rocker' theme. Rob Van Der Vleuten made wings, nachos and deep fried ice cream for lunch! Woods was a fantastic model and so easy to work with, plus his tattoos were an inspiration. I love working with creative people.
