We prioritize organic ingredients wherever possible—including our flour, sugar, and vanilla bean—100% real butter, and pasture-raised eggs. We don’t use any seed oils or vegetable oils (canola, soybean, sunflower, etc.) The same goes for additives, conditioners, and preservatives. Everything is fresh-made with 100% organic Speerville flour and 100% organic Speerville sugar (both from Speerville Fl

our, a family-owned company in New Brunswick). Our eggs come from Good Spring Farm in Keswick Ridge. Please note we do not have a store front. All of our baking is made-to-order, so everything is always as fresh as possible. To place an order, simply send us a message. 😊

This classic two-layer 6” garden-themed cake for a 60th wedding anniversary features the lucky couple’s garden incarnated on the sides, full of foliage and florals with stone steps and walls, and a Lilly of the Valley with ivy on top — as featured on their wedding cake more than half a century ago.

This taller three-layer 8” cake for a very special 80th birthday features a palette knife painted 1967 Dodge Coronet R/T on top, framed by understated Lambeth sides in a matching cream colour, punctuated with silver pearls.

Summer splendour with a sugared fruit still life for the 175th Stanley Fair. 🍎🍇✨

This three-layer 8” Lambeth cake features pressed edible flower tableaus topped with an organic sugared fruit arrangement and 24K gold accents — donated to the Stanley Fair last week, the oldest (continuous) county fair in North America, for their cake auction.

Last weekend our auction cake went to the 175th Stanley Fair! This weekend we have a classic two-layer 5" Dubai-style chocolate cake with pistachio buttercream and pistachio royal crunch filling, dressed in Lambeth piping with 24K gold accents.
(~10 servings)

As with any garden, this one gets better each year. 🪵🍄‍🟫🌱

This upsized iteration on last year’s garden cake features a similar variety of veggies including cabbage, carrots, turnips, tomatoes, pumpkins, and a newly added mushroom log — with late summer florals atop hazy hills and crisp clouds on the sides.

This classic two-layer 6” cake is dressed in a Victorian sage green, with Lambeth drapery and a wildflower motif on the sides, and topped with a buttercream painting of a summer sunset.

This classic two-layer 6” cake themed after the Amalfi Coast features piped Positano line art and a majolica motif, with tableaus exhibiting some of Italy’s finest produce, including lemons, tomatoes, grapes, olives, and of course pasta.

When the bride uses her grandmother’s topper, and it’s a perfect match for the ivory of her wedding cake. 🎂🍇🌷

This one was a new format for us, with a five-layer 10” bottom tier and three-layer 7” top, decorated in Lambeth patterning and grapevines, with a painted purple cala lilly portrait punctuating the centre.
