* Update!
Looks like my Sciatica is really flared up!
I now have new pain meds, sleeping aides and anti-inflammatories.
Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight!!
Next I will be needing a massage, a chiropractor and some acupuncture!
Doc says it could take up to 4 weeks to feel good again! 🥹

At Emergency again!
So much pain 🥺 😭
I haven't slept for the past 3 days as I can't get any comfortable position.
Let's see what the Doc says today!

Hello Everyone!
Thank-you to all of you who reached out, messaged or commented, I appreciate you all!
Doctor said it is definitely my Sciatica.
If the spasm is strong enough it can sometimes knock you down.
My side and back are quite sore and falling didn't help at all.
So now it's Anti inflammatories,
painkillers and lots of rest, no lifting at this time.
This really sucks as no position feels comfortable right now.
Can't stand or sit for to long without pain.
Also looks like I won't be able to Volunteer for the next week or two.
Don't get me wrong, I am grateful, as it could of been much worse.....
but it still sucks!

Omg!
I was standing at the sink this morning filling my kettle for coffee and I turn to pivot around and felt this enormous sharp pain in my side and next thing I knew I was on the floor.
I had passed out.
I got myself up off the floor and went to the bathroom as I felt I was going to be sick.
Sat there trembling, shaking and sweating for a few minutes.
When I got up I looked in the mirror and my top half of my body was beet red, but my face was as white as a ghost.
That was friggin scary!!
Pretty sure I have a pinched Sciatica as the pain moves down my left leg and around my left side of my hip and waist.
Can't get a Dr appt right away so I just need to take it easy.
It's so uncomfortable!
I am not used to being down!!
Out of commission for a bit!
This Absolutely Sucks!!!! 🤬
