The face behind the camera! 📸

Hi everyone, my name is Ashley and I am the photographer of mcclutch captures. I started this account as a fun way to explore my hobby but I was able to grow it into a business.

A bit about me, I went to Lakehead University for my Bachelor of Arts and Science, Bachelor of Educafion, and most recently, Master of Education. From September to June I am working as an elementary school teacher.

I started photography with friends then grew into sports photography easily as my boyfriend plays ball hockey and ultimate frisbee. Having this access to sports, I could improve my skills and meet new people. I am so grateful for where this has taken me; being hired for new teams, photographing women’s teams, and going to nationals! Huge thank you to Leviathan Ball Hockey and Barrie Wolfpack for allowing me to practice and improve.

I’ve now had the pleasure of exploring portraits, couple shoots, maternity shoots, weddings, and more! I can’t wait to see what’s in store next and I am so beyond grateful for all of the feedback, recommendations, and referrals!
