✨ LIFE UPDATE ✨

This is the reason why I’ve been a bit MIA on this account & it’s basically as I decided to do a bodybuilding competition whilst my husband was deployed for 7 months.

I started my weight loss journey in November last year, lost a total of 13.1kgs in 47 weeks and since July I was doing a lot of cardio, had daily steps, my food decreased and my energy levels dropped. So I took a step back after the 2 beautiful weddings I photographed end of June/July & competed back in September.

As to which my husband got home on Friday, and we will be going on our holiday tomorrow for 11 days 🏖. Once I get back from that holiday my weekends and weekdays will be available to photograph you and your families 🤗

I actually picked up my camera 2 weeks ago after having 2 weeks off and I missed it so much but it was lovely having a break. All I hope is over the last couple months you/ your family have been keeping well and I can’t wait to hear what you have been up to ✨

I know I haven’t posted on here in nearly 3 months & I’ve been a bit inactive as well on this account.

My plan this month is to:
⁃ Catch you up on what has been happening (another post will have that in ti)
⁃ Post photos from the weddings and family sessions that haven’t been posted
⁃ Travelling to Hamilton Island so prepare for some photos from that
⁃ Just life update photos
⁃ Updating availability for shoots for the end of the year

Anyone else find cardio easier to do with friends or their puppies?

As of Friday, I now have 10K steps to do a day, for some of you that’s probably nothing 🤣 but for me that is a lot! Especially when you feel like being a couch potato some days but anyway. Keep an eye out on my stories this afternoon of the wedding photos I took yesterday for this lovely couple, intimate little weddings are my thing 🤩✨

Always CHASING waterfalls...🍃💫

When I got to the GC, I said to myself I want to go waterfall chasing & I only ever went to 2 of them 🤦🏻‍♀️ // This time was different though, I sat by the water just breathing on the fresh rainforest air and appreciating Mother Nature for all she creates in this life 🤍

During family sessions, I always make sure we get time to capture MUM + DAD moments ✨
because without you two, your little family doesn’t exist & how often is it you take photos of yourselves instead of your little ones.

I remember saying to these two love birds, can we go down to the water, it just looks wow 🥺 & that backdrop just made it dreamy ✨ Oakland ran down & joined in! Some beautiful family shots were taken and these were at the very end of our session 🤍✨

I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU for the support I received of my insta story last night ❤️❤️ A part of me didn’t want to post it, but this week has just been so hard emotionally with not having him here and there is still over 100 days to go 😞 which I’m hoping just goes by quickly ✨
