I first spoke with Terri in February. She told me about out the loss of her pup and how she really wanted to capture memories with her second dog Cooper.

We had a date all locked in, but then Terri messaged me again. She was getting a tattoo to honour her pup who had passed, and she wanted it to be a part of their session.

There was absolutely no hesitation on my end, of course we were going to make that happen. We hit pause and rescheduled their session so her new tattoo could be part of these memories. It’s these deeply personal, meaningful details that make a session so much more than just a photoshoot. It’s about capturing a piece of your heart. 🐾

What is the Legacy Experience? 🤍

The Legacy Experience is my signature photo and film experience designed to preserve your dog’s story in the most meaningful way possible.

Unlike a traditional photoshoot, the Legacy Experience includes both a personalised photography session and a cinematic Legacy Film, allowing you to remember not only how your dog looked, but who they were.

During our session, we’ll spend time exploring a location that feels like you whether that’s the beach at sunrise, a favourite walking trail, or somewhere that holds special memories for your family. I focus on capturing genuine moments, connection, personality and the little details that make your bond so unique.

Alongside your photographs, I create a handcrafted Legacy Film using beautiful video footage captured throughout the session. Depending on your chosen experience, this may also include an interview where you share stories about your dog and what they mean to you.

The result is a collection of timeless photographs and a film that allows you to see them move, watch their little quirks, hear your story, and relive this chapter of your lives together for years to come.

One day, these memories will become priceless.

When you book your photoshoot with me there is absolutely no pressure for your dog to perform. If they’re a chaotic puppy who just wants to run, we let them.
If they’re a senior dog who wants to just sniff the salt air at their own pace, we slow down.
My shoots are just as much about them as they are the people who love them. ♥️

Somewhere along the line, screens replaced the albums we once loved to flip through, and the photos we cherished to hold, were forgotten in a cloud drive.
We traded the beautiful presence of a framed memory for a digital file buried deep in a cloud drive of 30,000 other forgotten screenshots.

But a digital file can’t do what a real, physical print does. It can’t catch the afternoon sun on your bedside table. It can’t greet you on the living room wall every single time you walk through the front door.

And years down the track, when your best friend is no longer running beside you, a phone screen can’t give your hands something tangible to hold when you miss them most.

Your doggo’s life is beautifully, tragically short. Their large, funny personality deserves a permanent home in the real world, not just a fleeting moment on a feed.
