I was really excited to see the yellow sub species of the crimson rosella for the first time. I ended up getting a lot of shots of these beauties but these were what I managed the first time. I’ll share more soon I’m sure. I’ve included a few shots of the ‘garden variety’ crimson rosella for reference

A few shots of a very photogenic echidna. I really wanted to incorporate some environment on these shots as the log he was in and around was a beautiful setting. I took a few more traditional portraits as well but the full scene what I’m most happy with

I’ve just gotten home from a massive 3 week family road/camping trip and as much as I absolutely love exploring new places it’s always lovely to come home. Especially when you live somewhere as beautiful as the Lithgow and Visit Seven Valleys area.
