Once in a lifetime opportunity, Flying over Lake Eyre after Flood 📸

On Sunday, we had a Scenic Flight over Lake Eyre, Marree and surrounds with and the experience was unreal 😍

Perfect conditions, no wind and sunbeams through clouds 🌞

My first Outback road trip is done, and what an experience it was.

6 days, 3,600km, and $1000 in diesel! It sounds like a lot of driving but with how it was split up, it felt like I had plenty of time to get my photos and relax, aswell enjoy the scenery 😍

From Broken Hill and Silverton to Marree, Lake Eyre, the Flinders Ranges and the Hay Plains, every day brought something new.

A major highlight was my first flight in a small plane over Lake Eyre. Perfect weather, incredible views, and a perspective of the Outback I'll never forget.
***Will also do a separate post for this with all of the photos from the flight!***

Met some great people, tested out the camping setup, and gained even more appreciation for how amazing Outback Australia really is.

If you've been thinking about taking that trip, do it. The adventure is worth it.
