This weekend, members of the Eastern Football League Umpires Association (EFLUA) wore black armbands in acknowledgement of the passing of umpire Chris Powney and Ash Powney’s father early last week.

The football community is built on so much more than what happens on the field, and at times like these we come together to support those within it.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the Powney family, friends and the wider EFLUA community during this difficult time.
