To all of Sapphire and Stones valued clients.
I am posting on behalf of Cat.
Cat is currently in hospital in a critical condition.
She won't be able to attend any booked sessions including family/weddings in the foreseeable future. This is also why you have not heard from her or had response from her.
On behalf of our family, we are extremely sorry that cat and us have not been in contact with you we currently have no access to cats phone or accounts for refunds. I have only been granted access to posting on her page from my own phone.
Follow up with all of Cats paid clients is currently being worked on though there is only so much we can do at this time.
I'm disappointed to tell you that a refund won't likely be asap as we are working with social work to get these things done and it's taking some time. We are working together as a family to find a solution as soon as we possibly can.
Whilst we are working on this we ask kindly for your patience. Catherine is in a very critical condition and we are managing the best we can as a family with everything going on.
I will keep you updated as best I can.
