While there are suggestions that AI will make Professional Photographers like myself redundant, I truly hope that it never happens!

Today is Aug 19th - International Photography Day, hence the post !

I shot a Matric Farewell last Friday in George here are a couple of the pics and this was the clients response today after I sent the images.

Photography teaches one how to pretend that you are as calm as a cucumber while inwardly imploding while panicking about the ISO, Shutter Speed, Aperture, White Balance, Focus Mode, Metering Mode, Light, Subject Smiling Politely waiting for the shot, and, and, 😩🙈🤣 🧐📸📷

As a Professional Property and Lifestyle Photographer, I honestly get to shoot some truly magnificent properties!

A couple of weeks ago I shot a stunning 4 Star Game Lodge on the epic Route 62! The Lodge is set on 224 hectares of game-fenced Klein Karoo landscape! Beside this being a really well known and renowned Game Lodge, it is also the home of a highly acclaimed Licensed Restaurant. The Main Manor House is beyond beautiful and the best part of the shoot for me was the abundance of free-roaming wildlife!

Compared to so many rather ordinary, really expensive properties that I shoot, the most unbelievable part for me is the Guide Price of R 22,950,000

I love this kind of work - I really wish I had the money to take up an offer like this, anyone care to buy it for me 🙈🤣
