Michelle Lutener Photography Since 2021, I have been photographing for myself, capturing beautiful memories! If the photos don't appeal, clients will not request to review.

I started working as a Photographer in 2008, and have photographed Weddings, run Photography Workshops & Tours and taken property photos for Real Estate Agents and B&B's. With regards Real Estate, most people looking to purchase property, browse online first through websites like Property24 and Private Property. Once they see a property that catches their eye, they will then contact the Real Estat

e Agent listed and request a viewing. It is, therefore, essential for the property photos to display the property for sale in an accurate and appealing light. It's as simple as that! When considering Guesthouses, B&B's and other Holiday Accommodation Establishments, people looking to book an accommodation for a holiday or a mini-break have a vast number of options, and again the client will browse online in order to decide where they would like to book. Having stunning images of your accommodation and being able to accurately show what your place looks like, will result in more bookings and very happy guests, whom will recommend your accommodation to others and whom will return time and again.
