At 19, has found his passion in chasing the unpredictable moments that make life feel real.
"Hey! I’m Liam, a 19-year-old hobbyist photographer based in Gauteng. I’ve been creating for the past three years.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped chasing perfect moments and started chasing simple, ordinary ones, the kind you don’t plan,
the kind you don’t get twice.
The messy ones. The wild ones.
The ones that don’t make sense until you’re standing in them.
Covered in mud.
Wind cutting through you.
Clouds drifting beneath your feet.
Mountains saying everything without a word.
Moments that don’t wait, and don’t care if you’re ready or not.
So I choose places without a rulebook.
No compass.
No map.
Just instinct. Movement.
And the feeling that something out there is worth finding.
Sometimes it strips you down. Sometimes it pushes back. Sometimes it leaves you standing in silence, trying to understand it. But every now and then, you find something real.
Not perfect.
Not polished.
Not staged.
Just real.
And that moment… it stays with you
longer than the cold, longer than the drive back home, longer than anything you can explain.
So how far will you go to find that moment?
Because I’m still chasing it...far from ordinary, sometimes far from home, and nowhere near finished.
That’s what I try to capture. Not just how it looked, but what it felt like to live the moment.
