J & M looked absolutely glamorous in emerald green as they got ready to head off to their Matric Dance on Saturday!

These two brought all the fun and energy to their shoot- it was such a pleasure to photograph them.

And then, to top it all off, we had a beautiful vintage car and a little bubbly to celebrate the occasion — yes, non-alcoholic, of course!

There’s something so special about Matric Dance season — the excitement, the dresses, the nerves, the friendships and all those little moments that become memories for years to come.

J & M, you both looked absolutely stunning, and I hope your evening was magical!

It was such a joy photographing Miss M for her matric dance yesterday! Her mom had the lovely idea of combining the occasion with a family shoot—and I’m so glad she did.

I absolutely love photographing families where the love between them is tangible. I could tell this was a little outside their comfort zone at first, but it didn’t take long before everyone relaxed, had fun, and forgot about the camera.

And thankfully… no tree swinging was required!

M, I hope you had the most amazing night, and wishing you all the very best for your exams!
