🎤✨ PK70 Speaker Spotlight: Sidley du Preez ✨🎤

“Letters That Found Their Way Home” 💌

Speaker. Facilitator. Founder of Leadership Before Power.

At just 16, growing up on the Cape Flats, Sidley du Preez began writing letters. At the time, she had no idea how much those words would mean to the people receiving them, or that they would one day find their way back to her.

Today, through Leadership Before Power, Sidley takes her story into schools, institutions and international platforms, opening conversations about courage, responsibility and the choices we make long before anyone gives us a leadership title.

She believes that even the smallest actions can have an impact far beyond anything we could imagine.

And with a talk titled “Letters That Found Their Way Home”, we're intrigued to discover just where those letters travelled and what happened when they came home.💌

🎤✨ PK70 Speaker Spotlight: Janis Kennedy-Verhage✨🎤

“Lost and Found” ❤️

Mum. Multitasker: Trying to navigate life with humour, humility and HRT!

A full-time working single mum of two teenagers, Janis Kennedy-Verhage knows a thing or two about juggling life's curveballs — preferably with a sense of humour and a healthy dose of perspective!

Lately, though, her thoughts have turned to some of life's bigger questions, shaped by personal experiences that have given her an unexpected wealth of knowledge.

With warmth, honesty and a touch of wit, Janis brings a deeply human perspective to a subject we don't always know how to talk about.

Her story, “Lost and Found,” promises to be one that stays with you long after the evening ends. ❤️

✨ PK70 Speaker Spotlight: Lauren Davis ✨🎤

“Good Grief! I’m in Perimenopause” 🧠💬

Psychologist. Mental Health Advocate. Podcast Host.

Lauren Davis is a clinical psychologist and mental health coach who isn't afraid to tackle the conversations we often avoid.

She works with leaders and HR on the psychology behind burnout, anxiety and sustainable performance, and hosts the podcast Beneath the Busy: Insights into Workplace Mental Health.

Warm and direct, Lauren turns psychological insight into something people can use, so they leave feeling less alone and challenged to think differently.

Her philosophy? Be well. Lead well.

This time, the conversation she's tackling is her own. And with a talk titled "Good Grief! I'm in Perimenopause", we're certainly curious! 😉
