We are sending out a batch every day of our Brim Builders. We have one last shipment of acrylic we are waiting on, and once it's here we will be able to finish fulfilling all Brim Builder orders. Jimmy has been packing boxes like a madman and I may have nightmares from the reptitive screeching sound of that tape roller 😂 iykyk
I currently have them out of stock on the website so we could get caught up... and they may not come back. I don't know. I can say I don't think I'll EVER do Preorders again 🙃. The amount of people yelling at me, filing claims, charge backs, etc every single day because they didn't read the product title or thoroughly written description has been absolutely overwhelming.
It costs nothing to be kind. Or patient. Or understanding. When someone asks me why I don't want to scale my business, my immediate first thought is... people. Because I'm an extremely introverted neurodivergent in a world that wants more more more. Faster. Louder. I want less. I want slower. Quieter. Simpler.
But then I have some of the most amazing, supportive customers that remind me I belong here in this weird little niche I created. And for them I keep showing up and creating and trying to open doors for them to allow them to also create and thrive.
So days like today when I have nothing new to show you, I'll keep choosing to connect. Even if it's raw. At least it's real. ❤️
