I'm pretty darn excited to share that my work was published in the **Fall 2026 edition of Senior Year Magazine!**
Senior Year Magazine is an international publication that features senior portrait photography and recognizes photographers from all over the world. Having my work selected alongside so many talented photographers is something I'm really proud of! Senior sessions have become one of my absolute favorite things to photograph. I love getting to know these kids, seeing their personalities come through, and creating images that really feel like *them*. So having some of that work recognized and published makes it even more special.

When you hear "RAW" files.....what does that mean to you? This is NOT a question for photographers (obviously). I just want to make sure that my people understand!
I have been asked just a handful of times about my RAW images and if I offer them. The answer is NO. Do you now why????

Fall minis are officially OVER.....but are they?
Nope! Not just yet.

Because the leaves look like they are taking a little bit longer this year I have decided to add 2 additional dates for fall minis at John Rudy Park as well as Pleasureville Park.

SPOTS ARE LIMITED! I will not be adding any other additional dates or times for fall minis.

Right in the middle of the BUSIEST season I have ever had… over 50 bookings in October alone, autoimmune flare-ups worse than I've ever experienced, bronchitis on top of it all, internet issues, nonstop family schedules, and homeschooling my two littles… life has been A LOT lately.
But then I sit down to edit, pull up an image like this, and I'm reminded exactly why I love what I do.
THIS. This is the kind of photograph I would print HUGE and hang on my wall for years. The kind I would never get tired of looking at. The kind that would mean even more to me 20 years from now than it does today.
Something I've learned throughout my career is that my very best work comes from photographing the things that **I personally find the most beautiful, meaningful, and valuable.**
And I think that's important to share because the way I photograph families is so deeply connected to my own life experiences. Being a wife, being a mother, watching children grow and change, and realizing just how much I wish I could revisit certain stages of my own life.
When I walk into a session, I'm not carrying around a mental checklist of photographs I think people expect me to take. I'm looking for the things that I would want to remember if this were my own family. The little details I know will change, the connections that make a family who they are, and the things that might not seem all that important until years down the road. And over the years, I've realized that when I trust myself to photograph what I genuinely love, that's when I produce the work I'm most proud of. Of course, I want my families to absolutely LOVE their photographs. But I also believe that the reason they choose me in the first place is because they already love the way I see things.

**I don't photograph what I love because I think it's what everyone wants. I photograph what I love because life has taught me just how valuable those things really are.**

And if you see the beauty in those same things, then I think we're going to get along just fine. ❤️

When Xfinity decides to work on your wifi on a busy Monday....instead of school and work you go to Flinchbaugh's Orchard & Farm Market and play some games at home. And hopefully this evening we will have a fresh baked apple pie and some homemade pesto as well!!

**The Halloween bingo is from the dollar section at target if anyone is interested 🎃

So while I can't get as much done today as I planned....with over 20 fall minis to edit as well as finish up almost 100 preschoolers school photos ... Oh and a newborn session, senior session and 2 family sessions....I am taking the day to breathe, slow my body and brain down just enough for a reset of my nervous system!

“What do you love about your baby sister?” ❤️

Sometimes the sweetest things come from the simplest questions.

The little voices, the giggles, the answers you never expect. These are the things I wish we could bottle up and keep forever.

This is one of the reasons I love adding films to my family sessions. Photographs are wonderful, but there's something about hearing their little voices and watching their personalities come through that makes these memories even more special.

Well, busy season is officially in full swing, and apparently my body didn't get the memo that I have things to do! 😂 I've been dealing with some lovely respiratory garbage for the past week, on top of an autoimmune flare that's been hanging around for about two months now. At this point, I think it's just moved in permanently. Should I start charging it rent?
I'm working as much as I can between taking care of sick kids (who have taken on Momma's nasty cough), trying to get MYSELF back to normal, editing what feels like a million photos, and keeping up with everything else that comes with running a business and being a mom.
So, if you're waiting on an email, message, or to schedule a Zoom call, I PROMISE I haven't forgotten about you! I'm just playing a little catch-up over here. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while I get things back on track!
And because apparently there isn't enough going on around here, we're also right in the middle of fall sessions AND getting ready for Christmas sessions!
Speaking of which, here's the latest availability for my Fall & Christmas Mini Sessions! A few dates are completely booked, and several others are down to their last spots!
Thank you all for keeping me so busy. Even when life gets a little ridiculous, I wouldn't trade what I do for anything. ❤️

This one really pulled at my heart strings!

I've known this young man for 15 years, going all the way back to my preschool teaching days when he was just 3 years old! Even then, he was such a sweet little boy who genuinely cared about others and ALWAYS wanted to do his very best!
Now here we are, celebrating his senior year! That little boy has grown into such a kind, smart, and thoughtful young man. It's pretty incredible getting to photograph someone you knew when they were so little and seeing how much they've grown while still recognizing the same wonderful qualities you saw all those years ago.
Aiden, I'm so excited to see what the future holds for you!
