Senior pictures have come a LONG way from sitting on a stool in front of a gray backdrop with your head tilted slightly to the left. 😂 If you have a senior this year (or one coming up!), I just put together a HUGE guide covering basically everything you’re wondering before booking senior pictures in York, Lancaster & Hershey PA.
When should you book? What should you wear? How many outfits should you bring? Where do we go? What if you have absolutely NO idea how to pose? And what happens if Pennsylvania decides to change the weather 14 times that day?
I covered ALL of it.
And probably the biggest thing I want seniors to know: You DO NOT need to show up knowing what you’re doing. That part is my job. My senior sessions are fun, playful and super chill. The twirls. The movement. The leg slit. The way she worked every single inch of this location. THIS is why I will forever tell my senior girls to bring an outfit that moves. You don’t have to know how to pose—that’s my job. You just have to show up ready to have some fun, and I’ll take it from there. 🤍

These senior cheer banners were SO darn fun to design!!! Seeing them come together was already exciting, but getting to create them for Dover, my own alma mater, made this one extra special. Such a full-circle, proud moment for me! 💙 Huge thanks to Michelle Eckard Dietz for bringing me this amazing opportunity. I absolutely loved getting to be a part of it!

Incase you missed it!!!! Fall and Christmas Minis are now LIVE!! INCLUDING my At Home for Christmas sessions. This year's line up is amazing!!!
I have 4 dates for fall minis between York and Lancaster. I also have 4 fun Christmas themes. Christmas Morning (a bedroom set up with beautiful lighting and props), Christmas Cookies (a rustic kitchen backdrop with cookie baking props), Simply Christmas (a beautiful hand-painted canvas backdrop with hanging wreaths) and At Home for Christmas (sessions at your home either inside or on your porch with your holiday decor).

This session seriously felt like something out of a fairy tale. ✨ The light was PERFECT, every location gave us something completely different, and this girl was feeling it the entire time. She absolutely killed it!

And Class of 2027 — it is NOT too late to book your senior session! I photograph seniors in every season, all year long, right up until graduation.

Up to two locations, three outfits, and a whole lot of laughing, dancing, and having fun in between. Your senior photos should feel like YOU, and we are going to have the best time creating them.

There is something so special about getting to photograph the same family through so many different chapters. 🥹

I photographed Mom and Dad’s wedding day, have had them back in front of my camera for family sessions and holidays over the years, photographed their maternity session while they were waiting for this sweet little guy… and a couple of nights ago, I finally got to meet HIM. 🤍

We waited until he was about a month old for his newborn session, and oh my goodness. He is just as sweet and adorable as can be.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to watch families grow. To think that I was there photographing the two of them on their wedding day, and now I’m in their home photographing them loving on their brand-new baby… that’s pretty freaking special.

And when they’re not busy being new parents, Mom and Dad are also the owners of NovaRoot Farm LLC Go give their little family business some love, too. 🤍

📣📢📣**MATERNITY MODEL CALL**📣📢📣
I’m looking for an expecting mama who will be **28–34 weeks pregnant** at the time of her session for a maternity model call.

This session will take place in your home and will be focused specifically on **maternity bo***ir and artistic implied n**e portraits**. I’m looking for someone who feels comfortable and confident in her body and is open to being photographed in a more intimate, vulnerable style.
For clarity, “implied n**e” does not mean everything is shown. These images will be carefully posed and photographed so that ni**les and private areas are covered, concealed, or outside of the frame. The goal is beautiful, feminine maternity artwork that celebrates your body during pregnancy.
Because this is a model call, you must be **18 or older** and comfortable signing a model release allowing the images from the session to be shared publicly and used on my website, social media, portfolio, and other marketing materials.
If this sounds like something you would LOVE to do, send me a message with your **due date, how many weeks pregnant you currently are, and a recent photo of yourself**. I’ll be going through a selection process based on what I am looking for!

Model calls are not free but they are greatly discounted.

I LOVE getting to work with my family… especially when they’re super cute and actually follow all of my directions. 😉
Leah is starting her senior year in just a couple of weeks, and I seriously have no idea how we’re already here. The youngest of four, the only girl, and now somehow getting ready for her LAST year of high school?!
She has grow into such a sweet and intelligent young woman, and I’m so excited to see what comes next for her. Look out, world. You’ve got one pretty amazing young woman coming your way. ❤️
