It's been so much fun watching Anna and Caleb go from newlyweds to soon-to-be parents.
From their wedding day to family sessions and now this exciting season of waiting for their first baby, I've loved getting to document these memories along the way.
Their little one is already so loved, and I can't wait to meet the baby who will make them a family of three. ❤️

YAY!!!!! We have some awesome summer minis this year! I am super pumped. First one scheduled is Mid-Summer Sessions at Historic Shady Lane on June 18th followed by Red, White and Blue minis at John Rudy Park (kids only) and then one of my favorites.....Creek Minis on July 17th at Stonewood Park. Planning for the Red, White and Blue minis is still happening but if you would like to get on the waiting list for when details are final please comment below!

My clients aren’t just clients to me. They become friends. They become family. And honestly, I don’t think words could ever fully explain how thankful I am for the people this career has brought into my life.

From maternity sessions to newborns, growing families, and seniors getting ready for their next chapter… I’ve had the honor of meeting some truly incredible people over the last 13 years. Watching families grow, coming back year after year, hugging your babies, cheering on your seniors… it all means more to me than you probably realize.

I feel unbelievably lucky to do what I love while serving such amazing families. I can’t wait to see what relationships, memories, and stories the future still has waiting for me.

I have said it a million times. Let them be little…before they aren’t little anymore!!!
Embrace the wild and messy days. The days when you honestly have no clue if it’s Wednesday morning or Friday afternoon. When the brand new clothes you just bought are somehow already covered in sticky fingerprints, grass stains, and popsicle drips before you even got the tags fully off. When the muffins cooling on the counter mysteriously disappear one by one and you suddenly realize your house is never actually quiet anymore.

Slow down for a minute. Sit in the grass even if the laundry is waiting. Catch the lightning bugs. Run from the imaginary dinosaur. Listen to the endless stories that make absolutely no sense but somehow mean everything. Watch the clouds turn into dragons, turtles, and castles before changing again two seconds later. Let them splash in puddles. Let them stay up a little too late chasing fireflies on warm summer nights.

Enjoy every single moment. Not just the easy ones. Not just the picture-perfect ones you post online. The loud moments. The exhausting moments. The “Mom, watch this!” moments for the hundredth time. The tiny hand reaching for yours in the grocery store. The bedtime excuses. The random couch cuddles. The chaos.

Because trust me…one day the house will be quiet. The fingerprints will wipe away. The toys will disappear from the floor. And you’ll find yourself wishing for just one more ordinary day of all the things that once felt overwhelming.

So let them be little.
Even on the hard days. Especially on the hard days.

It has been just a little over a year since I was so blessed to meet this family. And not to be bias....but this little dude is my favorite model ever ;) But there is more to this sweet little face. Holding him is one of the strongest mommas that I have ever met. Surrounded by boy power. A hard working hubby, muddy toes and energy for days. She is the strength. The love. The steadfastness of the household. It shows in the first 5 minutes after you meet her. She is a shining light of pure joy and love for her family and herself. She is a warrior. She is everything good that the world needs. Thank you my dear for welcoming me into your home. For allowing me to be a part of your wild days and your sweet family memories. I will be forever grateful. And to my favorite little dude....Auntie Kara wants to take you home with me but I think momma and dada would miss you too much.

These silly newborns come out thinking they are in charge LOL

I love fresh 48 sessions. Because they are just that. FRESH! The wrinkles, the baby fur, the little flakey feet,....it is all perfection. ABSOLUTE perfection.

If I wasn't a photographer I would most certainly be a "cuddler" at the hospital. Let me snuggle the little peanuts!
