My Kona Girl Photography I am an award-winning Iowa native based in Aurora, Colorado, who has always had a love for the outdoors.

My work has been published in National Geographic Online, Ducks Unlimited, and Gun Dog Magazine, and has been judged as among the top 250 highly commended images in the Audubon Society of Greater Denver’s Share the View International Photo Contest. I purchased my first digital camera when my Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Kona Girl, went blind from diabetes. From that moment, I realized the world aroun
