Alison + Mitchell 🤍

I had best time with these two when I was in Milwaukee this summer! We started at the Milwaukee Public Library, which is always such a stunning location and then headed down to Lake Michigan which was a place they went often while dating so it was fun to hear all their memories as we walked around!

Also, turns out Mitchell is from the same area I live in now in KC…love a good small world! Naturally, we had to talk about all our favorite BBQ spots! 😆

Sara + Jack are just the most fun and relaxed couple to be around! You can tell in about two seconds that they’re truly each others best friend and it was so obvious that everyone around them was genuinely SO happy to be celebrating them!

I kept hearing, “They look so happy!” and I could not agree more! 💛

Three packed days back in Wisconsin and my heart is SO happy! 🥹

I’m incredibly grateful that I get to keep coming back to photograph my Wisconsin clients, catch up with familiar faces, AND meet brand-new 2027 couples who are trusting me to be part of their wedding days!

It really is the best of both worlds…getting to call Kansas City home while still getting to work with the wedding community here that I love so much (and sneak in some family time too!).

Now…time to get Sara + Jack married! 🥂

Mr. + Mrs. Bartlett✨

These two are the kind of people who make everyone feel welcome, and their day reflected that perfectly. It was relaxed, full of laughter, surrounded by family and friends, and set at ɢᴀᴛʜᴇʀ ᴀᴛ ʀᴇᴅ ᴄᴇᴅᴀʀ ɢᴀʀᴅᴇɴs that fit them so well, beautiful, cozy, and inviting!

One of the most meaningful moments happened during their ceremony and I found out while editing that a captured something special!! Both Mackenzie and Darren have loved ones they deeply miss, and as they exchanged vows, a butterfly circled above them. 🦋 It felt like a gentle reminder that those who couldn’t be there physically were still part of such an important day!
