Something has been growing behind the scenes, and I’m finally ready to share it.

I’m opening 8 seats for my first Herbalism 101 class of the season.

Not the clinical kind. Not memorization for memorization’s sake.

This is a grounded introduction to herbal medicine rooted in observation, tradition, and respect for the plants themselves.

We’ll spend the afternoon meeting eight foundational herbs that belong in every home herbal medicine cabinet. You’ll learn what they do, how they work in the body, and how to begin building your own relationship with plant medicine.

Each participant will leave with:

🌿 A printed herbal reference guide
🌿 A small vial of their chosen plant ally
🌿 Practical herbal knowledge you can use immediately
