Something I’ve been thinking about lately after six years of photographing weddings is that the couples who end up with the most meaningful photos usually aren’t the ones focused on the photos themselves. They’re the ones focused on their people, their marriage, and being present in the day as it unfolds. When couples approach their wedding that way, they tend to feel more peaceful because they’re actually living the moments instead of worrying about how everything looks. And in the end, that’s almost always when the photos turn out the best🫶🏼

Something that matters a lot to me as a wedding photographer is the experience you have on your wedding day.

Of course the photos matter. But I never want your day to feel like it revolves around them.

The best photos happen when you feel calm, present, and able to just be with the people you love.

So a big part of my job is protecting that space for you — helping with timelines, stepping in when you need something, or simply giving you room to breathe.

You’re not just another wedding to me. You’re people I genuinely care about.
