Level up 2026 - COMPLETE!

Balancing the grind of motherhood, growing and being challenged in my career, and still showing up to compete.

This didn’t happen alone.
My family kept me grounded.
The Roosters pushed me past limits I didn’t think I had. Grateful God continues to bless me with a body that moves and a mind that stays strong and apparently enough grit to want to do this again next year šŸ˜…

But seriously… I’m so excited and nervous for Level Up. šŸ˜… I feel barely prepared physically, but mentally I feel strong and ready. There’s nothing like the energy of this event—the laughter, the sweat, and seeing your friends push you through is something truly special. 😭😭😭

• Fatigue 😓

Basically… your body thinks it’s still Monday morning from last week.

The fix?
• Move your body šŸ’Ŗ
• Get some sunlight ā˜€ļø
• Laugh at your coffee addiction ā˜•

Workouts feel harder today? That’s just your body protesting… politely.
