Clocked In you’ll find me video chatting with clients during their styling consultation, getting gowns ready for clients to wear from my client closet, demonstrating to clients the pose, sharing the back of my camera with my clients, culling and editing images, hanging out with fellow photographers and participating in educational workshops to learn and refine my skills. Education is a huge piece of who I am and I value learning from the artists.
Clocked out you can find me with family and friends enjoying time with them whether it be cooking and baking with grandchildren, attending sporting events, enjoying time on the water, working out, enjoying walks around Vacaville, and volunteering at the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce.

Well this was a lot of fun!! I had a great time walking down by the waterfront in Benicia looking for the color blue. As the temperatures climbed to 86 degrees I found myself going indoors at our house and to our local Home Depot store. I don’t know why I’m attracted to the color blue, but I am, it’s calming to me. In particular the royal blue hue which is part of the jewel tone group in color theory. Color Theory is important in photography as it helps to convey a certain mood and feeling. I use color theory in all my styling consultations with clients. I was curious as to what it reveals about a persons personality. I learned that royal blue signifies; confidence & authority, dependability & stability, intellectual and strategic, calmness & depth, high standards and sophistication. Choosing the right headshot session doesn’t have to be complicated. Some people simply need a quick image refresh for LinkedIn or social media. Others want a complete library of professional images they can use throughout the year. That’s why I offer two options: Mini Headshot Sessions and Full Headshot Sessions.
Mini sessions are perfect if you’re short on time and just need a few strong images. Full sessions allow us to slow down, style multiple outfits, explore different backgrounds, and most importantly-I guide you in poses that flatter you and bring out your best expressions.
My goal isn’t just to take a photo. It’s to help you show up confidently and professionally in your business and online presence.

2016 was an incredible year! My husband and I were living in Perth, Australia for 5 years and this was our last year. It was an incredible opportunity to discover and learn about another continent. My photography journey started in Perth ten years ago. I look back at these images and can’t help but laugh at how sharp and in focus all my images are! I was learning how to freeze motion and loved it. I met a great group of women whom I bonded with immediately. We walked, talked and exercised together. I was introduced to quilting by some of these women and made a few quilts while there. My favorite times were when family came to visit! Both our daughters and their family came to visit and see some of the sites in Australia. It was difficult saying goodbye to our friends for sure , but we were back home in CA in plenty of time to see our oldest daughter get married.
