I look at this picture and can’t help but smile because it means so much to me.
This sweet girl and I are “the JoJos,” and somewhere along the way, her family became so much more than just clients to me. They’ve become people I genuinely love and care about, and I’m so thankful that my job brought them into my life. 🥹
This is the part of photography that means the most to me. It has never been about the money. It’s about the people, the relationships, the little moments, and the connections that turn into something so much bigger than a business.
I get to watch families grow, celebrate their milestones, love on their babies, and make memories right alongside them. And sometimes, if I’m really lucky, those clients become friends and those friends become bonus family.
The pictures will always be special, but the people behind them are what make me love what I do so much.
Photography has given me so much more than a job. It’s given me people I never knew I needed in my life, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything. 🥹
