We’ve joked about doing this for YEARS… and now the technology has finally caught up with the idea.
WOOT WOOT - We’re flying drones INSIDE homes. 😳
And not just hovering around a room. We’re flying through doors, down hallways, around corners, through windows, outside the home, and back inside again to create a completely different way to experience a property.
The drone that captured this video is about the size of a fist; its propellers are safely enclosed, and specialized insurance coverage is now available specifically for indoor drone operations.
So...I decided it was time. 😁
Introducing the BlueLaVa FlyThrough™!
It’s faster, more energetic and completely different from our traditional Interior Walkthrough Videos. We'll be experimenting with speed over the next few weeks and will likely offer a fast and a slow version. There is just one catch here folks...
We currently only have ONE guy on the BlueLaVa team who can fly this thing at the level we need. He's not just quick on the sticks; he's lightning fast! He's got catlike reflexes that take this to an entirely new level of talent.
How does this work? Our pilot remains stationary, puts on his FPV goggles, and essentially becomes the drone as he flies through the property.
A HUGE shout-out to Levi “Sticks” Cummings for bringing the flying skills and helping us turn another crazy BlueLaVa idea into reality!
