Hannah didn't set out to start a company. She set out to find apparel that actually felt like her family — and when it didn't exist, she built it.
Chaos + Co was born out of the racing world her family lives and breathes. The gear out there never quite captured it, so Hannah did the bold thing: she made her own. Now this boutique custom apparel shop in Puyallup creates pieces that feel personal, made for people who want their passion stitched into what they wear.
I got to photograph their grand opening — and you could feel it in the room. The pride, the family, the years of "what if" finally becoming a storefront with the lights on and the doors open. Those are my favorite shoots: the ones where a personal mission becomes something real you can walk into.

Happy birthday to the employee of the month. On his last performance review he ranked outstanding in kindness, helpfulness and creativity. While there have been some HR reports filed by his brother, he still received an outstanding on his big brother report. We are incredibly proud of him❤️

Had a great time doing a headshot booth at my BNI chapter's regional mixer over at Mazatlan South Hill last night.

One of my favorite parts of these events is watching people loosen up after the first photo. Most people walk in saying they “hate getting headshots,” then 2 minutes later they’re laughing with the person next in line and helping each other fix collars and jackets.

Networking events are always interesting because everyone shows up to talk business, but the best moments usually happen in between the conversations.

Appreciate everyone who stopped by the booth, jumped in front of the camera, and made the night fun to photograph.

One of my favorite parts of events like the Harbor in Bloom Spring Faire in Gig Harbor is seeing familiar faces and getting to tell stories that continue beyond a single project.

This weekend, I had the chance to walk through the fair capturing moments, community, and all the energy that makes local events special — but one highlight was stopping by the .barbershop booth and seeing their business thriving in the middle of it all.

There’s something really rewarding about working with people over time and getting to document different chapters of their story. From creating content together in the past to now seeing them connect with the community face-to-face at the fair, it was a reminder that photography is about more than images — it’s about relationships, growth, and the people behind the business.

Gig Harbor showed up in a big way this weekend. Grateful to be part of it and to keep highlighting the businesses and people building community here.

Some of the best moments to photograph are the ones that matter beyond the camera.

Last fall, I had the opportunity to photograph two volunteer events and capture the people, teamwork, and impact behind the projects. These are the kinds of images that help organizations tell their story to volunteers, donors, and the community.

So proud of our youngest "employee"! He has jumped into his jiu jitsu journey recently and earned his first stripe 🥳 Special thank you to the coaches at , for putting in the time, kindness, knowledge and most of all patience with this spicy meatball of ours.
