Sharing a few of these beautiful reviews because they truly mean more to me than I can put into words. 🥹🤍 Every kind message reminds me how incredibly blessed I am to have such wonderful clients who trust me with some of the most meaningful moments in their lives.
I’ll be honest out of 203 reviews, I have received two negative ones that I genuinely feel did not reflect the truth of those situations. I was shocked and hurt when they were written, but I had to remind myself that two reviews do not define me, my heart or the business I have worked so hard to build.
I know the time, patience, care and love I pour into every client experience. I also understand that no business can make everyone happy, especially when boundaries and policies must be upheld. That is why I have a detailed contract in place to protect my clients, protect my business and ensure everyone is treated fairly and consistently.
God has blessed me with far more love, support and beautiful experiences than negativity, and I refuse to let two opinions overshadow the hundreds of clients who have trusted me and shared such kind words. I am not perfect, but I will always lead with integrity, continue growing and give my clients the very best experience I can.
