Infinite Impressions is entering a season of change. 📸

After receiving a few recent inquiries here in Florida and even a couple from out of state, I figured it was finally time to address the noticeable quiet around here.

The last several months brought an unexpected life transition that changed nearly every plan I thought I had. Doors closed, others opened, and somehow it all led me to Florida — somewhere I never expected to call home.

I came here fully intending to continue building Infinite Impressions and even started building my Florida portfolio. But somewhere along the way, I realized I simply can’t give everything and everyone the same amount of me at once.😅🫣

Right now, my focus needs to be on my family, my faith, and rebuilding the life we’ve started here. So, as difficult as this decision has been, I’m stepping back from photography professionally for the time being.

That does NOT mean I’m completely putting the camera down. I’ll still be documenting our travels, adventures, and life along the way. I’ll also continue accepting select smaller sessions on a limited, case-by-case basis at my own discretion. I just won’t be actively booking, advertising, or building my schedule around photography right now.

I have no timeline for what comes next, and I don’t want to put one on it.

Photography will always be part of me. Infinite Impressions isn’t going anywhere — it’s just going to be a little quieter for a while.

Something crazy happened to me! I recently had someone reach out to me about booking a session—>someone I had a falling out with years ago.

And my response was simple: I appreciate you reaching out, and I would’ve gladly captured those memories for you. Unfortunately, I’m no longer in South Dakota and sadly, we determined the travel package would not work out for this person.

Because here’s the thing:
✨My personal history with someone does not determine how I show up as a photographer.

We could’ve been best friends once. We could’ve had a falling out. We could’ve gone years without speaking. We don’t even have to like each other anymore!

If you trust me enough to capture something important to you, I’m going to treat your memories with the same care, creativity, and professionalism I would give anyone else!!!

Photography is my business. Your memories are your memories and whatever happened between us years ago or a day ago doesn’t belong in them.

So yes. If we’ve ever fallen out and you’ve thought, “Well… I probably can’t book her now.”

You absolutely can.

If I’m behind that camera, I have one job: make sure you walk away with something worth remembering. (PSA It is NOT the woman in these photos and I will not name this person as privacy is highly important to me)😅🙃

Every couple has a story most people never see.

The dreams they’re building. The risks they’re taking. The quiet ways they continue choosing each other long before anyone else notices.

That’s one of my favorite parts of what I do.
—I don’t just photograph moments. I get to know the people living them.

I get to hear where they’ve been, what they’re building, and the life they’re creating together.

Every story is different, and I feel incredibly grateful that, even for a little while, I get to be part of it.

When was the last time you allowed yourself to simply be present?

No notifications.
No deadlines.
No replaying yesterday.
No worrying about tomorrow.

Just music.
Just the rhythm of the waves.
Just a sunset that reminded you life doesn’t always have to move so fast.

That’s what MindTravel is about. Not one event is the same!

For one evening, hundreds of strangers sat together on the beach, closed their eyes, quieted the noise in their minds, danced, held a loved one, and let the music carry them into the present moment.

My role wasn’t to perform.
It wasn’t to direct.
It was to quietly preserve what that peace looked like.

Because sometimes the most powerful moments in life aren’t the loudest ones—they’re the ones where everything else finally becomes quiet.

✨I figured it was about time I reintroduce myself. —>I’m Taylor, the photographer behind Infinite Impressions by TJ.

You’ll usually find me chasing light, crouching in the middle of sidewalks, stopping traffic, climbing things I shouldn’t, making you laugh unintentionally, or trying one more angle because I know the extra effort is always worth it.

Photography has always been more than just a pretty picture to look back at. Photographs become more valuable with time because they give us the chance to relive the seasons, the people, and the moments that time can never give back.

I recently made the move to St. Petersburg, and I’m excited to meet new people, explore this incredible area, and create memories that last a lifetime.
