“Will you take a picture of us?”- Me on a random Tuesday afternoon in the backyard, because at the end of the day I’m also just a mom who wants to remember these days forever. And I think that’s why I have grown such a deep devotion to photographing families. I get it now. The enthusiasm and celebration for each milestone, mourning for the phases that pass by so quickly, and eagerly awaiting the next one to come. This is the closest thing to freezing time that we have, and it really does move so quickly.
