Hi!🤍 I haven't posted on here in a minute but I've noticed a few new followers so figured I'd make some updates and pop a few recent photos onto this page! Just a little glimpse into what some of my work has looked like lately. So incredibly thankful for all of the love and beautiful milestones I've gotten to capture these past few months; and so excited for a very busy fall season coming up!

Currently, I'm booked until October - so if anyone is hoping to book family photos this season, please reach out soon! Via my website or on my Instagram page (where I'm much more active - but I promise to try and post more here on Facebook too, haha). I am offering fall sessions in Sacramento and Reno/Tahoe. I am also booking for 2027 weddings and have capacity to take on a few more events for next year!

It’s been a beautiful year for Samantha Alexander Photography. 🤍

I started off the year unsure how hard it would be to step back into my passion after becoming a mom and taking some time away to adjust. Turns out… it was like riding a bike. The second I picked up my camera again, I was reminded just how much I love this… and it’s been my busiest, most successful year yet.

These past 12 months have been filled with traveling to pretty places and taking pretty photos, but more than that - it was updating my systems, meeting new couples and families, hundreds of laughs and countless requests to “tickle your partner” (OH! and my Ms. Rachel impressions for the kiddos, of course). It was celebrating you all, improving my business flow, and proving to myself that I really was made for this.

Thank you to everybody who’s been a part of the journey this year. I can’t wait for the next one because there are SO many big changes coming in 2026 (and you might even see a little hint of it in this video 👀😜)!

Growing their greatest adventure yet. 🍁🤍 Golden leaves, fall light, and a little babe on the way - truly the sweetest season to photograph.

I’m so excited I get to meet Jeovanny and Alicia’s baby boy this week! I’ve worked with Alicia a few times now, so when she reached out earlier this year to book my belly-to-baby package, I was so excited and so honored. I can’t wait to see her grow as a mother and keep photographing her family through all the sweet little chapters of this first year. 🤍

Happy Thanksgiving! 🤍 Feeling extra thankful today for every couple, family, and tiny human who has trusted me to photograph your milestones, big and small. You’ve let me step into some of the most meaningful days of your lives, and that is something I’ll never take for granted!

Whether we worked together this year or years ago, or you’re just here cheering from the sidelines… thank you for being here and supporting this little business of mine.
