The Fletchers 🤍

One of my favorite things about this job is the people it has brought into my life. These two started out as clients, but over time they’ve become friends that I genuinely enjoy being around.

They’ve always made me feel included and welcomed, and never like I’m just their photographer. I’m really thankful for that, and for the friendship that has come from it.

I love getting to capture their memories, but I’m even more thankful that I get to know them outside of my camera, too. 🥂

When she told me she wanted to create something inspired by Mother Nature, I knew this session needed to feel different.

A mother carrying life, immersed in the water, surrounded by earth, raw, feminine, powerful, and completely at home in the wild.

There’s something so beautiful about the way motherhood mirrors nature. Both are messy, powerful, nurturing, and capable of creating something extraordinary.

This wasn’t just a maternity session.
It was a celebration of Mother Nature in every sense of the words. 🤍

And honestly… I think I found a new favorite way to photograph motherhood.
