Time is such a thief. One minute you’re holding a tiny newborn, and the next you’re chasing a giggling toddler through a field at sunset wondering how it all went by so fast. ❤️

Sessions like this always remind me why pictures matter so much. Not because everything is perfect, but because one day these little moments will be the things we miss most. The laughs, the way they looked at you, the tiny hands on your face, the way your family felt in this season of life.

Honestly… it reminds me that I need to get in front of the camera more too. I hate having my picture taken, but I know how important these memories are.

This session was such a dream!

The kids were SO sweet and did amazing the entire time. We spent the evening running through the grass, picking flowers, snuggling, laughing, and just letting everyone enjoy the moment together. These are the kinds of sessions I love most that are relaxed, playful, and full of genuine connection. So thankful I got to capture these memories for this sweet family! ☀️

Today’s Stranger Session was such a good one!

Chandler and Ryan hit it off great, and getting to watch their real reactions and genuine conversations was just the sweetest thing. I know Stranger Sessions are often a lot more steamy than mine, but I am really loving the softness of these. Watching two people actually connect in real time is something special.

The setting could not have been more perfect. The Co-Create Hub coffee shop was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had in mind for this session. Thank you so much for allowing me to come in and create there. It truly made the whole experience even better. 🤍
And the best part. I drove by again about 20 to 30 minutes after the session ended and they were still there talking. That made my heart so happy.

These sessions are so much fun, and I am really enjoying every bit of them.❤️

This started as an idea for my Stranger Sessions… but a bunch of y’all (especially the married ones 😉) said,
“Wait… we want that too.”

So I’m opening it up.
Picture this:
Pizza + drinks (on me).
Mount Nebo.
Sunset.
Sitting close, laughing, talking, no pressure, no stiff posing.

Just a really sweet date night… and I quietly capture it.
It’s not about perfect outfits or forced smiles.
It’s about how you look at each other when no one’s trying.

You can wait until it warms up for those golden spring nights…or keep it cozy with jackets and cold-weather cuddles now. Both are beautiful in totally different ways.

I’m offering the first 5 couples for $150 as an intro.

I honestly love how these turned out.

Somewhere between the bowling, the arcade games, and all the laughing, they kind of forgot about the camera… and that’s always my favorite part. ❤

Greg (yes, my son) was the very first person to sign up for Stranger Sessions when I put the form out and Kenzie and I actually talked about these sessions months ago when I took her senior photos, which makes this feel kind of full circle.

They showed up as strangers and just hung out, and you can really see that shift happen in these photos.

This is exactly what I wanted Stranger Sessions to be.

OK I’m really excited about these!

I’m not just matching strangers and snapping photos. I’m creating an experience. Bowling. Arcade games. Snacks. Laughing. A little friendly competition. Zero pressure. No awkward posing. No sitting across a table wondering what to say.You’re just doing something fun together while I capture it all.

Each Stranger Session has its own vibe, its own vision board, and its own plan.Because meeting someone new should feel like a good time, not a setup.

If it turns into a love connection, AMAZING.

Stranger Sessions update because I’m excited!

I’ve got three scheduled, two this weekend, and this one happening sometime next week.

This one is very Fishin’ in the Dark vibes. Sunset fishing, a little fire, s’mores, cozy blankets, and good conversation.

I’ll be posing and guiding the whole time, but keeping it easy and natural. Nothing awkward, I promise.

No pressure.

Just a fun photo session with someone new.
