You’d never guess this is Palm Springs… high above the palm trees, pools, and 112* (no joke) weather, these two stepped into their forever at the top of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. With 360 sunset views looking out over Mount San Jacinto State Park and all the way to Joshua Tree National Park they said their vows surrounded by a small group of family and friends. Then tram operator Gil pumped up the jams for the whole group on the ride back down the mountain! 🪩

Such a beautiful day enjoying nature (and the much cooler weather at the top), praying over this couple, and laughing together! 💛

And if you feel closest to God and most alive out in nature too, here’s your sign to pass on the golf course and elope in a wild place 👊 It’s worth it!

Where you stay for you Yosemite elopement matters more than you might think!

With almost every Yosemite elopement, my couples get to experience an early morning and/or a late night in the park. It’s some of the most beautiful and peaceful times of the day, but where you stay can impact your timeline. The closer you stay can mean less driving time, more sleep, and overall less stress.

Here are some of my favorite recommendations from places right in the Yosemite Valley to all types of stays nearby. My favorite is on the second to last slide!

These two started their day saying their vows at sunrise and celebrated with a ch*****ne toast ✨

After taking it all in and a mid-day dress change, we hiked to see fall colors, ending the day dancing in the alpenglow of Half Dome!
