FUN FRIDAY! PHOTOGRAPHER TIP!

It's Friday so let's have a little fun!

As a real estate photographer, I constantly get asked "what can I do to get my house ready to sell"? People want to know what matters and what doesn't when I'm taking a photo of their home that will be posted online to help sell their house. So here is one of my top tips: SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY! Pare down the amount of things in your house. A house that looks lived in is fine, but we all have extra stuff that is not necessary. Put away pet beds and bowls, remove unnecessary furniture, put away kids toys (unless it's in their rooms then put away neatly), pick up stray shoes, bags, etc. You want buyers to look at your house, not your stuff, so SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY, SIMPLIFY!

FUN FRIDAY! KODAK BROWNIE!

It's Friday so let's have a little fun!

One thing you might not know about us is that we not only shoot real estate with amazing cameras, we still shoot film cameras. Not just any film cameras either, we shoot vintage film cameras! Today for fun Friday I'm sharing a few from my personal collection of Kodak Brownies. This line was introduced in the 1900's and was instrumental in making amateur photography affordable. I love their bakelite bodies, often art deco style and adorable packaging. I just shot a roll in the Starmite II you see in this video and I can't to develop it. Oh yeah, we develop our own film too 😁📷 Whenever I see an antique store, this is what I'm looking for!
