I guess the universe decided there was one more person who needed to be at their wedding🙌🏼🥹

Earlier this week I mentioned I had photographed a session that was especially meaningful. This is the one.

I met these two through a mutual friend at Country Roads, and what started as a conversation eventually turned into me photographing their wedding in 2027.

A few weeks ago, Alexis gave me a call and said,

“2027 is going to be crazy.”

She wasn’t kidding.

Before they walk down the aisle, they’ll be welcoming their first child into the world.

Moments like this are exactly why I picked up a camera in the first place. It’s more than taking photos it’s preserving the moments that become part of a family’s story.

Congratulations to you both, and thank you for trusting me with this chapter.

I’ll see you in 2027… this time with one more little guest in attendance.

Every branding session starts with a story.

This one started with Jacquelyn’s.

Before anyone stepped in front of my camera, Jacquelyn shared her vision.

She wanted her brand to reflect the women she coaches, not one body type, not one background, not one definition of beauty.

She wanted every woman to feel like there was a place for her.

As a photographer, that’s the part I love most.

My job isn’t just to create beautiful images. It’s to understand the heart behind a brand and translate that vision into something people can see and feel.

Every woman who stepped in front of my lens brought something different.

Different stories.
Different experiences.
Different definitions of strength.

That’s what made this campaign so powerful.

The best branding doesn’t ask people to fit into a mold.

It invites them to see themselves in the story.

The forecast said rain… the bridesmaids said, “Don’t worry, we ordered an Etsy witch.” 😂✨

Call it luck, call it magic, but the rain cleared just in time for the ceremony, and these two got the most beautiful day.

Every love story has a soundtrack🎵🎧📸

For these two, it started with realizing they shared the same taste in music.

One conversation turned into shared playlists.

Shared playlists turned into late-night drives, concerts, and memories they’ll never forget.

Somewhere along the way, they realized they had found the person they wanted to spend forever with.

Ashlea told me they didn’t want a session full of stiff poses.

They wanted something that felt like them,honest, a little moody, and centered around the things that brought them together.

That’s why I don’t chase perfect poses. I chase real moments.

My goal with every session is simple: tell your story in a way that actually feels like you.

Now, the next stop in their story is walking down the aisle and becoming husband and wife.

I’ve photographed this family through every big chapter…their first maternity shoot, their firstborn’s 1st birthday, their engagement, another baby on the way, and now their first shoot as a family of four. Grateful they keep bringing me back for it.

From wobbly first steps to full-speed sprints at his dad

That ‘3’ cookie says it all. Watched him grow up through every one of these sessions.

And now the newest chapter, sound asleep in the middle of it all

Bubbles > everything else at this age.

Same two people who started this whole story. Now surrounded by it

Four faces, one blanket, all still learning each other

Eyes barely open, already got everyone wrapped around his finger

One thing about Keisha is she will forever look at her kids with a big smile on her face, that’s a proud and incredible mother right there 🙌🏼

Two kids, one lap, and he’s still got room for both, John is and will forever be a father who is always PRESENT🙌🏼

I truly respect and admire that✊🏼

Every chapter so far. Grateful they keep choosing me to be part of it, already wondering what’s next📸👀

Des wanted to shoot. We made time. Pizza, a board, and a skatepark later, this happened🍕🛹

There wasn’t much of a plan besides finding a spot that felt right and making something that felt like her. No pressure to pose perfectly, no trying to force a certain look,just room to move around, laugh, and see what the day gave us.

Some of my favorite shoots start exactly like that: a simple idea, good energy, and someone willing to trust the process.

This giveaway session turned into something even more special.

Swipe through these photos to find out what happened:)

A few weeks before this, these two won my couples giveaway.

I thought I was meeting them for a fun summer beach session.

Then life had other plans…

Between winning the giveaway and stepping onto this beach…

💍 He proposed.

Suddenly this wasn’t just a couples session anymore.

It became a celebration.

The kind where you forget the camera is even there.

Just two people soaking in the fact that forever gets to start.

(Okay… I had to make sure she showed off the ring!! My guy did good!) haha

Before I could even ask…

“If you want us to get in the water, we’re so down.”

That’s all I needed to hear. 🌊

This is your reminder that the best photos usually happen after the “planned” ones.

This is why I always leave room for spontaneity.

Some of my favorite images are the ones no one planned.

Congratulations again, you two. 🤍
