PSA for clients - Hi everyone! I wanted to share an important update regarding bookings. Due to an increase in no-shows, I will now require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure your session date. I have had this rule before, but I let it slide most of the time. After a few no-shows, I need to put it in place again and it needs to stay for good. This change helps ensure that my time is respected and allows me to continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients. When a session is missed without notice, it takes away time that could have been offered to someone else. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, it means so much to my small business! šŸ’› If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
