✨A Small Business Update ✨
As a photographer, protecting the privacy and trust of my clients and their families is incredibly important to me. With the rapid advancement of AI technology and the growing concern surrounding the unauthorized use or manipulation of images found online, I’ve been carefully considering how I share photographs of children on my public business pages.
Moving forward, I am considering implementing a more specific parent/guardian consent process for sharing identifiable images of children publicly, separate from a general photography release.
Parents and guardians will always have the option to decline permission. Choosing not to allow images to be shared publicly will never impact your session, your gallery, the quality of your images, or the experience you receive from me.
I truly value being able to showcase the moments and memories I’m fortunate enough to capture for your families. At the same time, I believe it is important to be intentional about how those images are shared and to take every reasonable step I can to protect the privacy of the children I photograph.
While I cannot control what happens to an image once it is online, I can be thoughtful about what I choose to share and ensure that families have a clear choice in that decision.
