So, I was playing around on Canva, and I finally made something I thought was cool enough to share with Griff's Pix Nation. Feel free to use this image on your personal social media posts as we count down to the big game on Friday night.

Here are my photos from the District Tournament win over Odessa on Monday night. It was a challenging shoot because the field at Holden is perhaps the worst-lit field I've ever had to shoot at. That being said, congratulations to the 2026 Chicks Softball Team for a great season. Although the team fell short in the district title game against the rival Panthers from Oak Grove, it finished with a 23-6 overall record, which is a great reason for celebration. Enjoy these final photos of the season.

Here are the photos from volleyball senior night on Monday. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend, but my yearbook staffer, Riley Hull, came through and got these photos. I'm thankful for the yearbook staff I have this year at the high school, and I'm really looking forward to seeing our 2026-27 book come together. That's a good time to remind everyone that yearbooks are still only $60. If you haven't ordered one yet, what are you waiting for? On December 18, the price goes up to $70, so make sure you get yours ASAP if you haven't already done so.

Here are some senior night photos I thought I posted but didn't. I think it's cheer, golf, and cross country.

Here are some band, dance team, and a couple other photos from the game against Harrisonville last night. I hope you like them.

Here are the photos from our big win over Harrisonville last night and all of the football seniors. What an important win! Hopefully, we can finish the season strong and host a district game in a couple of weeks. I will post some dance team and marching band photos on a different post. On a side note, I've recently started getting some requests to take senior photos and family photos. These are things I can do, so if you're interested in having me do that for you or your family, just send me a FB messenger text and I will get back to you. I can discuss what I charge for private shoots, and you can make an informed decision from there. Thanks again for all your support. I am still planning on printing shirts in the future, too.

I was asked by a few people if I could take some photos of middle school football, so I went out to the first game against Oak Grove on Tuesday. It's actually nice that they play at 5 because the lighting is so much better for photos. These are the best photos of the ones I took.

Here are all my best photos from the football game against Warrensburg. I only shot during the first half because I wanted to sit with my wife for the second half. Hopefully, the team can bounce back and get a win against Harrisonville this Friday night.

Whew! What a weekend. We had so many things happen in such a short period of time. Homecoming weekend always goes so quickly. Congratulations to all the candidates, the float builders (they looked amazing this year), and the football team for making this homecoming week one to remember. I have attached a smattering of photos from Friday's pep assembly through the game on Friday night. Enjoy.

Here are my best JV and Varsity photos from last night's volleyball games against Clinton. I don't think very many people celebrate every point, kill, block, or win quite like #4. Keep working hard, ladies. The home stretch of the season is almost upon us. Go Chicks!
