📷🚲 A new way to take my photography on the road!
I’m testing out my new Aipas A2 folding e-bike to see if I can travel with it AND carry my camera gear. At 61, one of my biggest questions was whether I could actually fold it, lift it into my SUV and handle it on my own.
The first adventure definitely had a learning curve! 😂 But once I got out there and started riding, I had a blast.

🐋 There’s a MANATEE under our kayak! 💙🛶

One of those incredible Florida moments you just have to experience! We headed out early to Blue Spring State Park and got an amazing view of this manatee peacefully swimming right beneath our kayaks in the crystal-clear water.

If you’re planning to kayak Blue Spring, go early so you can paddle into the spring area before it opens to swimmers at 10:30 AM. And there’s an important new rule—day-use visitors now need an online reservation before arriving.

🐴🇮🇸 **Riding Icelandic horses on a black sand beach—in the pouring rain!**

Would you ride in weather like this? We did—and it ended up being one of my favorite experiences in Iceland!

We rode Icelandic horses along Vík’s famous **Black Sand Beach**, with the wild Atlantic beside us, the Reynisdrangar sea stacks disappearing into the mist, and **puffins flying all around us.** 🐧

And yes... it poured! 🌧️ But somehow that made the whole experience feel even more Icelandic.

🐴 We got to experience the Icelandic horse’s famously smooth **tölt**
📍 Vík, Iceland
🎥 Filmed on my **GoPro Mission 1** using the magnetic snap mount—with the original sound so you can experience the ride with us!

Cold? YES.
Wet? Absolutely.
Worth it? **100%!** ❤️

This was definitely a **bucket-list Iceland moment.**

💜WALK WITHOUT SILENCE 2026 💜

Yesterday morning, our community came together for something that matters.

Walk Without Silence brought survivors, advocates, law enforcement, local businesses, families and community members together to raise awareness about domestic violence and to remind survivors that they do not stand alone.

📸 These are just some of the moments from this morning — people showing up, walking together and standing together for a purpose.

This year’s walk benefited Family Life Center and was coordinated by Diane Stewart Romeo and team, whose dedication helped bring this incredible community together.

We were also honored to have Christy Martin, renowned professional boxer, domestic violence survivor and advocate, join the walk. Christy has transformed her own experience into a mission to help others through Christy's Champs, using her voice to bring awareness, strength and hope to survivors. 🥊💜

Members of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office Investigative Services Division, including Chief Augie Rodriguez, Detective Hayleigh Prentiss and Victim Advocate Supervisor Deanna Uhl, also participated in the 5K in support of survivors and domestic violence awareness.

Images by Alina was honored to volunteer photography services for this worthy cause. 💜 Capturing the people, emotions and moments behind events like this is one small way I can give back to the community.
