Every year I leave dance picture day feeling so grateful. 💜

My own girls dance at The Bay Dance Company, so getting to photograph their teammates and friends is something that's really special to me. I've loved watching these dancers grow—not just as performers, but as kind, confident kids.

Thank you for trusting me with another season of memories.

A few sneak peeks from photo day at The Bay Dance Company

Every year, I walk away feeling so grateful that I get to do this.

These images are beautiful, but what they really capture is so much more than a pose. They capture years of hard work, dedication, courage, and confidence. The hours spent practicing. The friendships formed in the studio. The moments that help shape these dancers into who they are becoming.

One of my favorite parts of dance photo day is watching their personalities come alive in front of the camera. We laugh, we play, we celebrate their accomplishments, and together we create memories they'll be able to look back on for years to come.

It is truly an honor to capture this season of their lives.

These dancers work incredibly hard, and they deserve to shine. ✨

One of my favorite things about photographing homeschool communities is getting to witness the friendships and connections these kids are building together 🤍

From dances… to field day… to graduation in just a few short weeks — it’s been such a joy watching these moments unfold.

There’s something really special about seeing kids laugh together, cheer each other on, run barefoot through sprinklers, work together during games, and simply enjoy being kids in a space where they feel known and connected.

As a photographer, I know these images will one day become memories of a season that went by far too quickly. But as a mom and human, I think it’s even deeper than that.

Community matters.
Childhood matters.
Connection matters.
