Happy Monday Peeps! With summer quickly approaching, I wanted to keep everyone informed with my schedule and what to expect this year.
I get asked a lot about if I'm still taking sessions, what am I shooting, etc. I am still taking sessions, but I have drastically scaled back the number of sessions I do per year. My daughter is in competition dance 11 months out of the year, my son is involved in sports and I work a full time job as a project manager on top of all that so I have very limited free time. I have had to reduce my schedule to very part time. If I take too many sessions, I cannot keep up on the editing.
Having said that, my main focus is families and seniors. Almost everything else, I refer out to other photographers in the area. Due to my limited availability I have already scheduled quite a few sessions into the fall already. If you have a 2027 graduate, I would get that scheduled by June / July. Same with fall family photos. You don't need to do them NOW, but keep it in mind in the summer months. Don't wait too long. I will be doing at least one or two days of fall family photos as well so don't worry about that, details to come later on.
