I am Caring less & less about how I’m perceived in this world.
Another conversation I’ve had recently about how much time and energy we spend in our lifetimes on how others see us, perceive us.
It was my fuel starting at a very early age. I was all consumed by the thoughts of others. That lasted up until the last couple of years when that internal habit began to shed off of me.
There is such an insane amount of freedom when you let go being perceived and begin to live a life that is truly you, yours.
I am most certainly grieving for the young girl/ woman who didn’t know how to exist in her world without masking heavily. But I’m so grateful for the woman she’s evolved into. What a joy it is to be living after not living for so many years.
