Senior Day 13 of 30!

This one was fun! We brought out someone that creates giant bubbles, so we took them up wind and let them free to flow between the senior and the camera, giving a really neat and unique look with the bubbles surrounding her. It was in Downtown Omaha with a few great backgrounds to bring in a different look.

Senior Day 12 of 30!

This has to be one of my favorite sessions for creativity, vibrance, and color. We tried something that I wasn't sure was actually going to work, but it turned out even better than imagined. The way the powder came off the hair during the whip was great and brought action to our creative approach. Well worth the mess we made too!

Senior Day 11 of 30!

There are times when you just have to let it all out and have fun! Dress funky, pose wild, and bring in your natural character to the session! While she may not be a senior just yet, her style gives a senior session vibe that brings energy and greatness to the studio. Her senior photos will be some for the ages when she's ready! :)

Senior Day 10 of 30!

There are photographs, and then there are art pieces. Art pieces are meant to be printed and shown, not only just for you, but for everyone. This art piece is a composite built to show every level of her golf swing from beginning to end, developing an everlasting movement for a hobby and sport that she will cherish forever. Building composites is something I LOVE doing. Technology today allows for such diversity in art that can bring nearly any vision to life. The only limit is our own creativity.

Senior Day 9 of 30!

Adding color to an image can be as simple as adding a prop that fits the scheme, whether a chair, hat, shirt, ball, umbrella, or anything else you can think of. This purple chair in the studio is a favorite for adding a simple additional color to an otherwise neutral image, and there is even a purple background in the studio to add an extra layer to that as well! Bright colored sessions are some of my favorite because they bring a different look to an album or print that can make it standout from the rest!

Senior Day 8 of 30!

Sometimes senior photos are just normal, everyday activities that you've done over a thousand times. That pre-workout routine, doing your makeup or getting ready, prepping for your hobby, or just thinking about what is next in life. These moments don't last forever and when the next step in life comes along, looking back at those moments in an album or hanging on your wall can remind of those great moments forever. This track star was prepping for some action shots, and it's important to stretch, even if it's just for photos. :)

Senior Day 7 of 30!

Downtown Omaha is one of my favorite places to photograph in Omaha. There is so much that is visually appealing, colorful, and just draws the eye. This arch in the Gene Leahy Mall is a picture perfect location for posing between, especially a dancer holding a pose between the arch with the incredible lights behind it.

Senior Day 6 of 30!

After taking a day off for Independence Day, we're back for day 6! What better way to bring it back than showing off this senior that brought the other loves of our lives in her photos: Our pets! Pets are a huge part of our life and getting your senior photos with them only makes sense. They play a big part in who we become as adults and it's important to remember them for generations to come with your session as you transition to this new chapter in your life!
