With busy season just around the corner, we wanted to share a few reminders to help everything run smoothly during our busiest time of year.
Please take a moment to read through these guidelines, then comment with your initials below to let us know you’ve read them.
🤍 Parking
• Please park between the cones along the street only.
• Do not park on the grass at any time.
• Since we’re located on a quiet dead-end road, being mindful of where you park helps us maintain a great relationship with our neighbors.
• When it’s time to leave, please use the asphalt driveway to safely turn your vehicle around.
🤍 Property Boundaries
Your rental gives you access to the designated photography areas only.
It’s my MIL living space, yard, and any areas outside of the rental space are private and should not be entered or used during sessions.
The pond is also off limits. It may be used as a background element from a distance, but no one should walk to it, stand near it, or enter the area for photos.
🤍 During Your Rental
• Keep your clients within the approved photography areas.
• Return anything you move to its original location.
• Leave the property clean and ready for the next photographer.
• If you have questions about whether an area can be used, please ask before your session.
We’re incredibly thankful for each photographer who chooses Magnolia Greenhouse. Respecting these guidelines helps us continue sharing this space while protecting our home and keeping things enjoyable for everyone who visits.
