The annual Juneteenth On The East 5k hosted by Red Coyote Running and Fitness and Altra Running with timing done by First Place Timing was packed with a few thousand participants hitting the streets for a Friday evening 5k! 😮

I'd like to invite everyone to come out to Cascata Falls Neighborhood in Edmond this Saturday morning to celebrate the life of Angie Lute Snodgrass and benefit the Angie Snodgrass Scholarship Soccer Fund at Oklahoma Energy Football Club (OEFC). This will be a fun 5k through a beautiful neighborhood with chip timing by OK Runner and announcing by Oklahoma's own Mark Bravo (Momentum)!

.i hosted the 13th Annual Sgt Bret D. Isenhower Memorial 5k and 1 Mile Run today and as always I think half the town of Seminole showed up to support her. This run is always a good event for a great cause and I was just happy to be invited to capture the moments again today!
